Lush Cosmetics is renowned for its highly personable customer service and the brand is now bringing this to fans over the phone with personal consultations during COVID-19. For shoppers who live in either Canada or the United States, they can head to the brand's online appointment scheduling platform to speak directly with a manager about their skin, hair, and body care needs.
In addition to the virtual personal consultations, the brand is also manufacturing scent-free soap to be donated to frontline workers at hospitals in Vancouver and Tronto. The scent-free soap is formulated with sustainably sourced honey, to soothe and moisturize dry skin. Moreover, the brand donated its Vancouver’s masks and gloves to the BC First Nations Health Authority, and in Toronto, to various animal shelters, rehabilitation programs, and protection centers.
