Back in 2012, Apple named FiftyThree's 'Paper' app the iPad App of the Year—now, to help you make even more impressive creations, there's Pencil by FiftyThree. Pencil is a stylus that's designed to have the same weight, feel and size of a traditional drafting pencil. Pencil is available in either a dark aluminum body or a sustainably harvested walnut finish.
Unlike a regular pen or pencil, this high-tech drawing utensil can be plugged directly into a USB port for charging. To keep the design of the stylus as simple as possible, there's no power switch. Instead, Pencil comes to life when you draw and sleeps after a period of inactivity. the design of the stylus also includes a small magnetic strip that makes it so that the Pencil can be attached to an iPad Smart Cover with ease.
