As part of their mission to "empower people to be the best version of themselves anywhere, anytime," Peloton recently launched a series of classes designed to address specific emotions often faced by riders. Dubbed the Peloton Mood Series, the classes include: happy, sad, calm, confident, and heated, and feature four to five classes for each discipline.
To develop the series, Peloton worked alongside Dr. Pooja Lakshmin, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and member of their brand's Health and Wellness Advisory Council. This council advised on "what the collection should feel like for Members, the types of moods to include and how to prepare instructors to teach the classes."
The new series is now available to Peloton Members globally.
