When one goes to an art gallery there are certain expectations that they assume that they will see; however, with the peephole exhibit, you need to throw all of those exceptions out the window.
The Savernack Street Gallery currently has an exhibit that is only visible through a small hole in the door. When you walk up to the gallery you can't go inside. Instead, you look though the peephole and then you see a series of images that change. It could be flashing lights, photos of meat or cursive writing. This exhibit has become incredibly popular, and there are long lines in order to get a peek inside.
This is completely new concept in the art world. Some people aren't convinced because you can't go in and experience the work that artists have put together. However, love or hate this peephole exhibit, this is a new way to view art installations.
