Ike’s Love & Sandwiches is welcoming spring by debuting two new holiday-themed menu items: the Patrick sandwich and the Easter Bunny sandwich.
Available now through the end of April, Ike’s Love & Sandwiches has leaned into two of spring's biggest holidays for inspiration. First up is the Patrick sandwich, which celebrates St. Patrick's Day by pairing corned beef with purple cabbage slaw, emerald sauce, and Gouda cheese. On the other hand, the Easter Bunny sandwich features vegan turkey, cranberries, vegetarian stuffing, siracha hot sauce, and provolone cheese. And like all of Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, both of these are served on perfectly toasted buns for that deliciously crunchy texture.
