The Conscious Minds Organic Bacon Scented Litter is a Swineriffic Gag

Anyone who loves bacon and loves their kitty will be disappointed to hear that the Organic Bacon Scented Litter, supposedly released by Fresh Step and Clorex, is actually not available for purchase.
As part of an early April Fool's Day prank, Clorex teamed up with L.A. based production company Conscious Minds to create a relatively believable social video to promote the gag product.
The video is shot in the style of a newscast, with a cunning reporter hot on the trail of the next big thing to hit the kitty litter aisle.
Going as far as documenting the patented "urine-activated sizzle sound," the video seems somewhat legitimate until the reporter interviews the head of the 'American Hog Farmers Association,' who burps and splutters his way through the interview. If that scene wasn't a dead giveaway, the end sequence showing the reporter wrestling over a strip of bacon with a cat may be the dead giveaway.
While the smell of simmering bacon is indeed delightful, don't expect Organic Bacon Scented Litter to be hitting store shelves any time soon.
