Byredo’s Olfactive Stéréophonique is an industrial scent diffuser that looks like a speaker and that's because the brand collaborated with Devon Turnbull (a founder of speaker label OJAS.) This fragrance diffuser takes inspiration from the world of audio to powerfully diffuse scent. The $1,300 diffuser comes with 10 capsules of the newest scent from Byredo, Olfactive Pyramid, with notes of clove buds, bay, and incense, with a heart of ylana, carnation, and labdanum, and a base of papyrus, Haiti vetiver and guaiac wood.
Byredo claims that this scent "helps in the transition between states of consciousness, and evoke[s] a temple experience within a listening space setting." The multi-sensory experience will only be had by a select few, as there are just 100 diffusers that have been made available through the Byredo web store and flagship locations.
