Hot on the heels of OFFF, the festival for the post-digital creation culture, comes OFFF, a social network of objects. A suitcase was placed at OFFF in Paris and passersby were invited to take anything from it -- the only condition was that they leave a personal object in return for the next person to take.
Tags were attached to all OFFF objects, and participants were invited to write their social networking contacts on the tags to connect with others. The project was supported by Sony Bloggie; during the three-day event, almost 300 objects were exchanged and 600 different connections made.
