The OD-11 speaker has been unveiled by Sweden-based design studio Teenage Engineering and the Rise Research Institute as a cubic, multi-room audio solution. The speaker is crafted from recyclable material holocellulose that was developed by research scientists at Rise Research Institute as a composite wood free of additives such as paint or dye. This makes the speaker inherently easier on the environment by not contributing to environmental contamination down the line.
The OD-11 speaker comes in four color options and features Carlsson sound along with wireless connectivity to make it perfect for streaming your choice of audio from any online source. The unit has a cubic aesthetic that helps it blend seamlessly into any space, while the connectivity will let users link up multiple units for a multi-room audio experience.
