Local design group Studio Saxe created the Ocean Eye House in Costa Rica.
This modular home was designed to blend into its surrounding landscape, with views of both the tropical forest and the Pacific Ocean. The fitted folding wood doors open up to offer a flowing indoor and outdoor living area, or can be closed for maximum privacy. These openings were placed intentionally to create a natural cooling system from the airflow, as well as add a stunning architectural feature. The large main living space extends directly onto the hand-crafted swimming pool and lounge area, suited with custom furniture.
The Ocean Eye House by Studio Saxe is a modern new take on classic Costa Rican architecture.
