Oak National Academy is a digital learning resource that "offers nearly 10,000 free lessons and resources," covering a vast number of topics. The site was funded by the UK government and was launched during last year's first lockdown. Oak National Academy includes lessons that can be filtered by subjects and years, as well as a Teacher's Hub where lessons can be planned with Oak's curriculum browser.
In a bid to make learning from home more accessible to children and families, mobile networks—including O2, Three, Vodaphone, EE, BAT, Plusnet, Virgin, and Sky—have made Oak National Academy data-free, as well. This means that one does not have to worry about access, even when they are low or out of data.
