UK artist Caulton Morris's series titled 'Upside' is a collection of non-photoshopped self-portraits with a twist.
Caulton's portraits are absurd and endearing. He captured himself doing a series of headstands in the most bizarre areas. At first glance the photos seem unreal, but with closer analysis you quickly realize these are authentic shots of a man with an absurd talent to stand on his head. The photos capture Caulton upside down in a bathtub, a canoe, on a couch, holding onto a mystery girl and in several other wild predicaments. Caulton's series is lighthearted, littered with humor and totally entertaining. One great shot captures him reading a book on a chair completely upside down. The fact that this man was able to pull this photo series off is an accomplishment in itself.
Caulton's non-photoshopped self-portraits are insightful and an act of sheer genius. For more of his work, check out his website.
