The Nike Roof has been unveiled in New York City, featuring the sneaker brand's iconic swoosh on the top of their metropolitan head quarters.

A massive Nike swoosh appearing on the rooftop of the brand's New York Head Quarters can be seen from a birds eye view, allowing on-coming visitors to closely align the brand, with the city. NYHQ occupies six floors of the Manhattan complex, and features "free style spaces" which encourage innovation and creative thinking, bleecher filled meeting rooms, and an indoor basketball court.

The Oregan-based sportswear brand has been attempting to deepen its connection with New York, recently releasing the #NewYorkMade campaign, which contained city-wide community collaborations. The Nike Roof aimed to solidify that connection, ensuring the sneaker brand's values were synonymous with that of New York City.
