The official Flavor of the Month for January 2025, the new Cinnamon Roll ice cream is a perfect way to transition from holiday flavors into the start of the new year. The new flavor combines cinnamon roll ice cream with sweet cookie dough pieces and rich cinnamon cream cheese-flavored swirls. While delicious as a scoop in a bowl or cone, Baskin-Robbins also suggests trying it as a milkshake for a tasty to-go option.
