Nettleton 198 by SAOTA is a wondrous seven-level cliffside villa that is located in Cape Town, South Africa. The project was designed by a couple who wanted panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, the setting sun and the sea below.
The facade of this building is made from powder-coated aluminum, and the interior is clad with walnut wood, glass and marble features. The home consists of six bedrooms, and the living room resembles an open pavilion structure. One of the staple features of the home is the circular walnut entrance area.
This home's dark colors were inspired by the mountains, and its open-concept and transparent design are sophisticated and modern. In the backyard the architects have built an infinity pool, which looks out to breathtaking views.
