The Carpenter Collection is a natural wooden watch line that has a unique quality—rather than being stiff and immovable, the watch straps are soft and bendy.
Armed with the knowledge that metals, alloys and plastics can be extremely harmful to the environment, this collection by the Analog Watch Co. was created with sustainability in mind. While the faces of the watch are made with solid wood, the leather straps are topped by some of the thinnest veneers in the world to give the watch a completely uniform look. In the Carpenter Collection are a variety of wood types, including maple, silverheart, teak, bamboo and blackwood. Earlier this year, these watches ran as part of a massively successful Kickstarter campaign that went well above and beyond the initial crowdfunding target.
