The MUT 'Zig Zag' mirror brings the age old quandary of "illusion vs. reality" to light with an octagonal design that distorts and fractures the object in view.
Mirrors are very rarely experimented with -- nowadays, people are so bent on knowing how they look or how something hangs on them as accurately as possible that a wild design may not sell. Nonetheless, MUT deliberately takes a chance with this abstract piece. Verging on a carnival funhouse design, the glass is mounted on pentagonal blocks and pulled together at different angles so that anybody who looks into the mirror cannot help but smile at the illusion.
Complete with varying gradient color schemes, the Zig Zag is a fun and functional piece for any modern home, but makes an ideal decoration for the kids!
