Although the Via 57 West multi-use building looks like a metal sail from afar, the reality is that the coastline condo is bringing sustainable living to Manhattan. Covering an area of 80,000-square-feet, the Via 57 West building packs 709 apartments, while it also focuses on holding community events for residents and community members.
