When the barrista hands you your piping hot beverage, you may remind yourself to carry it carefully. Cafe-fresh coffees can really burn! The Muggie Disposable Sleeve improves upon the typical coffee cup sheath, keeping your hands away from the heat in a couple of ways.
Kyu Seop Lee's design incorporates a complete ring that is supplemented by an extra bit of perforated cardboard, projecting from the perimeter of the cup. The hole in the handle is big enough to allow one finger to hook through with an indentation for a second digit below. Your hand is thus further removed from the high temperature of the drink, giving you less of a need to switch hands or walk quickly to your office. The added grip that the Muggie Disposable Sleeve provides also reduces the risk of letting it slip.
