Dog Haus is giving the classic American hot dog a bit of international flair with its new Mr. Miyagi Dog.
The new Mr. Miyagi Dog from Dog Haus is part of a collaboration between the hot dog chain and the YouTube personality Sam Zien – all part of the brand’s ongoing Chef Collaboration Series. Dreamed up by “Sam the Cooking Guy" himself, the new Mr. Miyagi Dog features a unique Japanese twist. The dish starts with a deep-fried, all-beef dog topped with caramelized onions, teriyaki sauce, mayo, crunchy tempura crumbles, and wasabi furikake. The whole thing is then grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls for a touch of sweetness.
The new Mr. Miyagi Dog is available at all Dog Haus locations through March 31, 2021.
