'BLUEVIEW,' the company most known for creating the world's first fully biodegradable sneaker, announced a new partnership with the Monterey Bay Aquarium. This partnership spawned from the two brands' mutual commitments to reducing plastic waste, protecting the planet, and conserving wildlife species. As part of this partnership, BLUEVIEW will donate 5% of its proceeds gained from sales of its latest sneaker will go toward the aquarium.
BLUEVIEW's latest sneaker is a new Denim Blue colorway for its signature shoe, the BLUEVIEW Pacific. This new sneaker features co-branding with the Monterey Bay Aquarium on the shoe itself as well as on the box that it comes in. Additionally, the shoebox comes stocked with a QR code that, when scanned, will invite customers to join the Monterey Bay Aquarium's community of devout ocean lovers.
