Virtual shopping and change rooms have been around for quite some time now, but ModiFace Inc. claims to be the first company to offer a comprehensive makeover from head to toe. The recently unveiled technology will allow shoppers to try on both clothes and makeup by using special in-store kiosks, visiting ModiFace Inc. online or downloading their app. Through state-of-the-art body mapping technology, ModiFace Inc. allows a realistic depiction of what the cosmetics and clothes will actually look like on the interested customer.
According to Dr. Parham Aarabi, CEO of ModiFace, "Until now, only certain makeover possibilities and technology options have existed, but we are now providing the complete head-to-toe — web, tablet, kiosk, mobile — makeover experience to consumers and partners."
ModiFace Inc. currently powers virtual makeover applications for companies such as Stila Cosmetics, Conde Nast, Proactiv and Garnier.
