The Mod Lounger is a fun and sculptural outdoor seating option that will add a pop of vibrant color in an otherwise lush green setting. Shaped almost like a cartoonish rocking chair, the colorful seat is full of rounded edges and voluptuous curves. There is a childlike sensibility to the design that makes the Mod Lounger especially perfect for families. Nevertheless, it is funky enough to be appreciated by the young-at-heart as well.
Designed by Lisa Albin, the head of Brooklyn-based studio Iglooplay, the Mod Lounger was created for New York-based Offi. Made out of durable rotational-molded polyethylene, the Mod Lounger is available in six bold colors: pink, orange, blue, green, white and black. Although great for the home, the Mod Lounger can be found in hotels, schools and more.
