EE, the UK’s largest subscription business, recently announced its first Game Day on November 5th and to kick off its first-ever annual celebration of gaming culture, the company will be hosting a mixed-reality treasure hunt. EE is on a mission to become the top destination for gaming and it is challenging fans to work collaboratively to unlock clues and discover prizes worth up to a value of £1,000.
This virtual-meets-physical game experience will see more than a dozen EE Game Chests hidden across locations like London, Bournemouth, Newcastle and Liverpool. Online, top gaming streamers will help to kick-start the treasure hunt on Twitch and those who do discover a Game Chest in person will need to give the correct password.
