In an effort to encourage workers to fix their posture and improve their overall health, Mirjam de Bruijn created a line of goods, dubbed Asana, that can help individuals correct the way they sit while at the office.
The products were inspired after the designer realized that while modern offices offer employees more versatility, they do little to address the health risks that are associated with sitting for long periods of time.
The collection is comprised of five different designs, with each design impacting or stimulating the body in different ways. For example, one of the objects include a rolling pin-like stick that can help support the wrists while typing. Each of the objects were crafted using a visually pleasing blue and gold color palette, so that the objects appear more decorative than medical.
