The new adult-only Mint Hotel in Costa Rica is terraced into the side of a steep hill to offer sparkling views of the Pacific Ocean.
The property was designed by local architect Benjamin Garcia Saxe, creating a series of interlocking white pavilions that bleed Greek architectural influences with Scandinavian minimalism. All of the materials are locally-sourced, including Cana Brava grass and hand-carved furniture. Each guest room features a luxurious rooftop terrace that is furnished with rattan furniture, allowing all guests to look out at the beautiful views from a comfortable spot.
The communal lounge area at the Mint Hotel looks out onto the infinity pool and the local nature trails that all guests can explore on horseback, which lead down to the Cabo Blanco beach.
