Fashion goes Manga in the i-D Magazine fall fashion feature by Japanese illustrator Mimi. Before the Fall/Winter 2014 collections are set to appear in countless magazine editorials, they are making their debut in this unique image series for i-D.
The magazine has teamed up with artist Mimi who first gained fame for her illustrations, shared on designer Ashley Williams' Instagram account. The artist was asked to illustrate the season's top 5 runway looks in Manga style and the result was incredible.
Mimi's colourful cartoon portraits feature fantastic looks from Moschino, Prada, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Marques'Almeida and Ashley Williams herself. From Prada's layered retro ensembles to Marc by Marc Jacob's bandit inspired get-ups, this Manga-infused editorial is a visually fun way to celebrate fall fashions.
