These Mens Converse are Inspired by the Classic Hudson's Bay Striped Blanket
Alyson Wyers — December 18, 2014 — Fashion
Inspired by the classic striped blanket available from The Hudson's Bay, the design of these stylish mens converse is the result of a collaboration with Jack Purcell. The high top Chuck Taylors also feature the multicolored stripes on a white field, but in a vertical orientation. The upper part of the shoe is made out of real wool while the toe has the classic rubber portion. The footwear also has leather accents and the designer's name is stitched into the tongue in navy blue cursive.
The mens converse are a collector's item many Canadians will love. The Canuck branding is immediately associated with The Bay's point blanket many if not all will be familiar with.
