Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Denmark-based technology company MeetinVR is making it easier for employees to connect and collaborate virtually with its cutting-edge platform that combines the "convenience of online meetings with the interactivity of face-to-face meetings."
MeetinVR was designed to allow users to engage in activities that are traditionally difficult to achieve over video-chat with features such as present and review products and 3D models, sketch and prototype, mind-map and brainstorm, as well as engage in team-building activities. The tool features 3D avatars of all participants to increase engagement, attention spans, and interactivity to reduce travel expenses, office costs, and decrease the decision time.
Currently, MeetinVR is offering early access to its products with five hours of VR training with opportunities for feedback on the platform.
