Fans rejoiced when they found out that McDonald's breakfast would be offered all day -- especially the man in Alma's latest McDonald's "Night Run" advertisement. The short commercial follows an exhausted man who returns to the golden arches at all hours, from first thing in the morning to the dead of night. He customizes his orders with strange additions, asking the friendly woman at the drive thru for an 'Egg McMuffin' with pickles, pancakes with medium fries and lastly, fruit and yogurt with a single barbecue sauce.
Returning multiple times a day and developing a personal relationship with the employees, the man first appears to have a fast food addiction. However, the end of the McDonald's advertisement shows him open the door to his loving pregnant wife who says "Honey, I changed my mind, can I have a smoothie instead please?" Smiling and getting back in his car, the man goes on yet another run to satisfy his loved one's hormone-driven cravings.
