Karhu Revives Its Sportsbear Mascot With New 'Mascot Pack' Sneakers

Finnish sports equipment brand Karhu has announced the launch of its newest sneaker collection called 'The Mascot Pack.' The four-piece footwear capsule has been designed to celebrate the signature Finnish Sportsbear mascot.
According to Karhu, the concept for the new pack began when its designers turned to the brand's own archives and became inspired by the 1960s Trampas Bear and Kris the Karhu Bear comic strip from the 1980s. As a result, 'The Mascot Pack' intends to continue the Kris the Karhu Bear story by delivering makeovers versions of four of the brand's most popular footwear silhouettes: the Synchron Classic, Aria 95, Legacy 96, and Fusion 2.0. The new sneakers blend materials, like suede, rubber, and mesh, and feature colors such as black, dark green, burgundy, and beige.
