The Converse 'Make Mine (RED)' Campaign Lets You be the Designer
References: converseone
Last week we featured Customizable Sneakers from Nike. Converse is also in on the game.
Converse launched 'Make Mine Red' (www.converseone.com) under the banner of "dont just design a shoe, make a vehicle for change".
All very worthy but in a good cause. Not only do you get to customize your own original Converse, but 15% of the Make Mine Red shoe will be paid to The Global Fund. Currently limited, the 'Make Mine Red' options are extending all the time, offering more and more range. Who knows could your design could make you the next Timothy Giles?
Trend Hunter previously repored that the Product (RED) globe fund is really sucking at its fund raising, but maybe things will turn around.
