Danish floral designer and artist Thilde Maria Haukohl Kristensen works together with Swedish interior imprint Layered to create the Magical Garden collection. This marks the second time that the two are joining forces and the collection is comprised of brightly made rugs for the home.
Creating rugs is relatively a new experience for Kristensen and she explains how she imagined how her floral designs could be translated to textiles, However, as we embarked on this journey together, it became increasingly more clear how seamlessly the floral creations could be captured in vibrant floor coverings." The designs are all made from a blend of wool and Tencel which creates a sheen finish atop palettes of peach, orange, blue, pale pink, and more.
