As Airbnb is known for its popularity among Millennials who are on a budget while traveling, or would like more authentic experiences while abroad, the new Dublin Airbnb offices were designed to attract employees in the same generation that the brand services.
In order to create a corporate environment that appealed to the same people it's looking to target, the brand enlisted Heneghan Peng Architects to design the space. The firm was inspired by a university campus in the creation of the space, and decided to make a unique architectural layout that reflected this inspiration.
With a neighborhood-like design, collaboration areas, private nooks and an organized yet simultaneously creative environment, the Dublin Airbnb office is designed to perfectly accommodate the needs and preferences of the Millennial employee.
