LYS Beauty (an acronym for "love yourself") recently launched its debut collection at Sephora, setting itself apart as the retailer's first Black-owned clean cosmetics collection. The affordably priced clean cosmetics range from $12 to $22 and they boast skin-caring formulas and standout triangular packaging.
The formulas are all vegan and cruelty-free, while also helping to address common concerns like hyperpigmentation, visible signs of aging, oiliness, blemishes and much more. The brand's hero product, the Triple Fix Serum Foundation, is joined by others like clean primers, setting powders and bronzers.
Brand founder Tisha Thompson' told The Zoe Report: "I want LYS to connect everyone with their innermost confident, unapologetic self, and each product is a small reminder of that from the packaging down to the shade names." The wide shade range stays true to this intention with names like Inspire and Kindness.
