Mountain Research and Reebok Join Forces on the LX2200 Shoe
Reebok works in collaboration with Mountain Research to design a new iteration of the LX2200 sneaker model for the season with a technical update. The shoes are inspired by the look of hiking boots during the early 2000s and retain the silhouette. It is constructed from lightweight Dyneema fabric materials this time around, ensuring comfort throughout long periods of time.
It is also detailed with a buffed EVA midsole foundation and has flexed grooves along the outsole to allow a change of direction. Additional details include the abstract paneling that is seen along the toe box and lateral side of the shoe. Rounding out the shoe is the dark red accent that accents the uppers for tonal contrast.
