The Lopota Lake Resort & Spa is a beautifully designed resort operating from a family-owned business in eastern Georgia's Kakheti region. It has recently announced the optioning of a new Jazz Club & Bar: the Lopota Jazz Club. It is designed by David Koiava from the architectural firm Design Avenue Studio. Music has been an integral part of the space and now it is coming deeper into fruition with a true jazz experience.
The design concept leads with rounded and striking designs at the exterior surrounded by wooden columns that rise high and form around the building. Inside, the club has an elevated aesthetic that channels intimate yet vibrant energy. The color palette comprises deep blue, dark brown, and mustard orange for a warm and moody ambiance further enhanced by the atmospheric lighting. The space can host up to 150 guests and fuses booth tables, standing tables, and bar stools, operating across two floors -- all of which surround the main stage.
Ana Maisuradze, owner of Lopota Lake Resort & Spa shares, “As Lopota is a resort catering to many families, my Father, Goga Maisuradze envisioned creating a space where the guests could unwind until late in the night, to preserve tranquillity at the property for the adults visiting. In this new Jazz Club guests can listen to Jazz, with a signature cocktail or a glass of Chateau Beura’s wine in hand, and sample a few dishes from the late dining menu, savouring the tastes to the sound of Jazz music. It is also important to note that this is the first Jazz club in Georgia in regards to the visual, concept and space, because in Georgia one usually finds underground Jazz clubs".
