The Like Paper lamp is named so for a reason. Although the lampshade has been made to look crafted out of crumbled sheets of paper, it has actually been formed out of something a lot less forgiving: concrete.
Designed by Miriam Aust and Sebastian Amelung for DUA, the Like Paper lamp has a simple aesthetic in spite of the deliberate kinks and crinkles. Its all-white palette and grey electrical cord helps it to blend into equally minimalist living spaces while standing out in colorful, eclectic ones. Since they are handmade, each Like Paper lamp is as unique as a snowflake. No two light fixtures have the same indents, edges and creases. They will add character to any home.
