Another Broken Egg Cafe is helping consumers kick off 2025 in a tasty way with the debut of a new seasonal winter menu that includes tasty options like Lemon Mascarpone Pancakes and the Deep South Biscuit Sandwich.
Available nationwide from January 7, 2025, through until April 21, 2025, Another Broken Egg Cafe's seasonal menu aims to bring warmth and joy to the breakfast table during the cold winter months ahead. One of the stars of the new menu is the brand's new Lemon Mascarpone Pancakes, which are layered with creamy mascarpone cheese, and topped with sweet additions like blackberries, raspberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Other highlights from the seasonal menu include the Deep South Biscuit Sandwich, which is made with pimento cheese and fried chicken tenders, the mango whipped cream-topped Blackberry Stuffed French Toast, and the seafood-studded Louisiana Quiche.
