Learn Sativa University (SATU) offers students an opportunity to learn the cannabis industry with a hands-on approach. The college has recently expanded to central Florida. The University began in a 1,000 square foot building and has expanded to a 5-acre cannabis farm and training facility in Apopka, Florida.
The program offers industry education, training, career placement, medical cannabis knowledge, and more. Students can follow one of two paths throughout their time at SATU: one is oriented towards landing rewarding careers in the cannabis industry, and the other focuses on education surrounding startup businesses. The program helps individuals understand the cultivation process and the dispensary industry and assists with business plans. The college offers hands-on and online courses.
