Emerging French fashion label le PÈRE has officially launched its debut menswear collection and accompanying incubator program, which will be dedicated to assisting and amplifying the careers of up-and-coming designers.
The PÈRE Spring/Summer 2022 collection, dubbed 'Another Version of Myself,' consists of a wide range of artisanal pieces including logo t-shirts, oversized sweaters, carpenter pants, contrast color hoodies, and stonewashed jeans. As a whole, the collection utilizes a striking color scheme made-up of primary colors such as blue, green, and orange. In addition, the pieces evoke a '90s-era nostalgia.
To kick off the brand's 'Quartier' incubator, le PÈRE has teamed up with art director Faysal Matin, photographer Duane Michals, and creative director Henock “HK” Sileshi, who, together, will work to recontextualize men's fashion.
