The year 2012 was supposed to be the end of the world (thankfully it isn't), but this Laser-cut calender may be the end of the traditional calender. With calenders on phones and more and more of people's work synced online, traditional calender's have all but gone the way of the Dodo. This laser-cut calendar by Nando Costa looks to harken back to the times of paper calendars to keep track of dates.
In a rare revision of the classic calender, Nando Costa and his wife Linn Olofsdotter succeeded in turning a function first design into a piece of art. The laser-cut calender gives of off an old English and almost Gothic chic impression. The calender itself was cut on whopping 140lb paper 25x19 in "Black Muscletone" paper from a French paper company.
