In what is either a stroke of genius or recipe for disaster, the Knozen app allows you to compare your co-workers.
Maintaining professional boundaries between co-workers can be a delicate balance. For instance, you want to be able to go for a round of beers with your colleagues to celebrate the completion of a project, but you don't want them to see you drunk and tearful over your ex at the company Christmas party, lest you become water cooler conversation fodder. That being said, the Knozen app might be treading the fine line between professionalism and friendship.
Much like 'Hot or Not,' Knozen shows you two co-workers, asking you to choose which one is more analytical, trusting or more likely to leave work early for a date. Following your evaluation, the app shows you how many of your office mates agree with you, giving an overall breakdown of everyone's strengths and weaknesses. Fun cubicle past-time or HR nightmare? Only time will tell.
