Penlights are often just long and slim flashlights, but the Klarus TP20 takes the name quite literally and blends a powerful LED flashlight with an actual writing utensil. Comprised of a precision CNC-machined titanium body, the penlight features a rounded styling, making it discreet and stylish. A tungsten steel bezel gives the penlight the ability to aggressively poke and prod and allows the tool to function as an emergency glass breaker.
The LED light on the Klarus TP20 features the CREE XP-G3 LED module that has a maximum output of 130 lumens. This allows light to be projected about 98 feet, with a runtime of a half-hour. The light can be charged via a micro-USB rechargeable 10180 battery.
The pen portion of the Klarus TP20 accommodates both Schmidt P950M and Fisher space pen cartridges, giving the pen the unique ability to write anywhere and anytime. At 5.9” long, the penlight offers up great control as a writing tool but can also be easily concealed when not in use.
