Kind bar's latest campaign is taking an interesting approach to consumer education. Research discovered that the majority of people eat energy bars at their desk, or as a snack between meals. Kind wants to remind consumers that the best way to maintain a balanced diet is by eating the bars as they were intended -- before a workout.
Kind took to social media to task consumers with submitting a photo of themselves enjoying an energy bar (regardless of the brand) prior to a workout. The first 1,000 people to do so, received $100 USD from the label. This campaign was created with the intention of educating consumers on the benefits of proper nourishment before a workout.
