Bring a sweater because this Jeff Hahn Dead Heaven fashion photo series is sure to give you goosebumps! The part Swiss, part Chinese photog started shooting when he was just 13-years-old. As a result, his portfolio is filled with a diverse array of photos whose inspirations are endless in nature. This particularly dark series was shot in London for a collaboration with Japanese design house 'SKIN', which is goth inspired and set the premise for Hahn's style. 'Dead Heaven' features blonde bombshell Amelia dressed in SKIN from head to toe, with hair and make up by Stella Shim.
Jeff is known to block out all noise and external influence when shooting, getting inspired entirely by the moment. He says of his strategy: "I tend to work in a bit of a vacuum with regards to inspiration. I think all the magic and inspiration happens when the model is in front of the camera and everything is happening, the light is shining perfectly and the pose is spot on." Although this approach is unusual in fashion photography, the final products always prove fruitful, as Hahn has been featured in publications such as Post Magazine, Hong Kong Tatler, Kee Magazine and a few online like Idol and Vice.
