Jacob Borshard has created two wicked silkscreen prints that imagine a world where warrior samurais ride on the back of neon toy ponies. In a two-piece set titled the Clans of the Great Pony Rebellion, warlords mount their magical creatures to head out for battle.
The ponies in these Jacob Borshard prints are modeled after the popular My Little Pony characters, which is why they have such incredibly vibrant hues and hearts and stars branded on their rears. The names of the opposing clans are the Blue Belle Clan and the Snuzzle Clan, each with their own fearsome pony powers.
Jacob Borshard has made 100 signed and numbered 18-by-24-inch screen prints of each addition. Which powerful pony clan do you want to be a part of?
