Rich Products is expanding its popular Authentically Italian Pizza Portfolio with a new Italian Pinsa product.
Rich Products is known for producing industry-leading pizza doughs and crusts and now there's a new traditional Italian option for brands to take advantage of. The new Italian Pinsa product is a Roman-style, hand-stretched pizza crust that comes in two sizes. The product is made using a unique dough fermentation process to produce a crust that is tender inside while being rustic and crispy on the outside. Rich Product has also added three new Italian parbaked crusts that are made from finely ground Double Zero OO style flour and traditional Italian baking techniques. As Donna Reeves-Collins, SVP, Pizza and Flatbread Category, Rich Products, says of the new offerings, "“At Rich’s, we’re always looking at how we can elevate our pizza offerings, bringing products to market that we know consumers are looking for, while making sure these products are easy for operators to execute at a store level."
