Interactive museum experiences are a commonality for contemporary institutions, however, the newly launched wndr museum attempt to completely revolutionized the culture associated with it. The space opened its doors to the public on August 17th, boasting a fully immersive 45-minute tour.
The interactive museum experience is aptly described by the institution as "Albert Einstein and Andy Warhol collaborating on an experience exploring the universe from the smallest matter to the infinite." Opened for a limited but indefinite amount of time, the wndr museum offers guests 20 independent installations. One of the featured artworks boasts a never-before-seen Infinity Mirror Room by famed Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama. Entitled 'Let's Survive Forever,' the artwork is the first of Kusama's installations to be displayed in Chicago.
