‘If Not Now’ is an art experience that encompasses the physical and digital art spaces through theatre, dance, and projection mapping. As mentioned in its description, it is “influenced by the sweeping changes worldwide that have been unleashed through the response to Covid-19… giv[ing] voice to local stories and explore how communities can come together to challenge and transform poverty, prejudice, and the climate crisis, and look at historical moments which have launched extraordinary social change, including the establishment of the NHS and welfare state.”
The show will unite people as the performers are a mix of community groups and the audience as they will be able to relate and connect with the message being told. If Not Now is part of the ‘Medway Light Nights’ and is free for anyone to attend.
